The foundation of economic businesses dates back to 1949, established by the late Haj Hassan Ali Safaei, a well-respected merchant and one of the pioneers in the metal scrap industry, located in Darvazeh Ghar. The main trading activity under the Alvan Metal brand began in 2001 with the domestic trade of non-ferrous metal scrap, led by Mr. Hamed Safaei, the son of the late Haj Hassan Ali Safaei.
Alvan Metal expanded its activities in 2003 by exporting metal products to the UAE, India, and China. Since 2022, the company has been officially operating as a private joint-stock company, engaging in both domestic and international trade.
